Driver falls asleep at wheel injures two people

Two people were injured in car accident after the driver of the vehicle fell asleep at the wheel and struck a guardrail on Route 15.
The 22-year-old man fell asleep around 10 a.m. when he struck the rail which caused the car to flip over and land on its roof. Two 28-year-old passengers were injured in the accident.
One person was trapped inside the car and had to be extricated out of the vehicle by emergency crews. Both victims were taken to the hospital to be treated for their non-life threatening injuries.The driver was cited for careless driving, failure to maintain lanes, and failure to keep right.
