He caused a two-vehicle accident and fled the scene. Gooden was involved in a two-vehicle accident at approximately 9 am on Tuesday, driving away from the scene before police arrived. According to Franklin Police, he also had a child in the vehicle with him, causing him to be charged with child endangerment as well as DUI and fleeing the scene.
